There are over 400 girls in the Wissahickon Service Unit. Our troops meet at their schools or at local churches who generously give us meeting space. Besides selling cookies, our girls earn badges, do community service, go on trips, make new friends, learn new skills, and just have fun! New girls are always welcome, though we do sometimes have a waiting list if we are seeking new leaders. Contact us to learn more about joining a troop.
Scouting does not work without the active involvement of caring adults willing to share their time and talents to help girls grow and develop their leadership skills. There are many ways to help in addition to being a troop leader. For more information and/or to volunteer, contact us or click here:
